Hey Dnyres2, Thank you very much for reaching out to us, it sounds like you may be experiencing a network issue. Lorex is most definitely NOT highly unrecommended! So, mu question is: how is it the cell phone provider it’d it’s the same issue on every phone I try which are on other cellular networks? Time to own-up as admit your screwup and FIX it already! Also, while in my rant, why can’t I view all 16 cameras at the same time without the app crashing? Happens with every phone regardless of cellular provider! Let me guess, it’s the provider again, right? How about deploying a more stable app…ever think of that? I will not be buying another Lorex product again! Avoid Lorex at ALL costs. I have tested this on multiple phones with friends and family who are of various different cell providers and it’s the same issue each and every time. Same as the on the Phone app Lorex software used to be the Flir Cloud, after the app migration process Lorex released the new Lorex Cloud Client, from the software you can manage your camera and system settings except for the display options. However, no matter which phone I use, it’s the same problem over and over again. If I contact Lorex Tech support, the consistently blame it on the the cell phone provider. ![]() This app takes forever to load! If I get a security alert and click on it, it takes forever to load - if it even loads at all.
